This scammer called and claimed that there was a "pending civil lawsuit" against me, but they wouldn't give any details on anything related to it, other than a factitious case #. They wanted me to verify who I was, but wouldn't tell me anything about them other than their name (I'm sure also fake) and that they were from the "servicing division of CLS". I told them to go [***] a squirrel and hung up.
I got the same call, they left the following VoiceMail:
"My name is James Johnson with a private servicing division of CLS, I'm calling in regards to a formal complaint that requires your immediate attention. I have documents that are scheduled to be delivered to your residence, or place of employment. We'll only make 2 attempts to deliver these documents. Please have valid identification to ensure the proper delivery of the documentation. If you or your attorney have any questions regarding this matter you can contact our client directly at 855-535-6876."
I got a call, they left the following VoiceMail:

i received a call from john , he said i need a lawyer, that i was going get documents to be delivered to me ,and either he
are my lawyer would have to take care of,and i told him he would be the one to need a lawyer then i hung up.
My husband and I received the exact same messages on each if our phones. It's so annoying and frustrating! Wish the government would do something but then they are too busy ruining this country to care.
