have been calling my cell phone twice to three times a day for the last two weeks, and i did not provide a number, so i have no idea how they got it.  i called the 1-800 number on their contact info page and talked to an operator.  told them to remove my number and she said it would be done by 5:30 today.  guess we will find out if this annoying crap stops.

The only way they have my number is I brought my friend's new Toyota Venza one week ago to the dealer for a free oil/lube service with the dealer coupon and gave my own private number for them to call when it was ready. That must be the mechanism by which they called me for ?
Toyota dealer sold them my phone number!!!! Sleaze continues.

Caller leaves general messages to be called back.  No details or business information is given.

I received a call two days in a row from this number and it left no message.  I just called and got an operator who said the company does follow up customer surveys with people who recently inquired at a car dealership or bought a car.  I called the Chevrolet dealer in Miami Oklahoma and just had a salesman call me back with a price.  Apparently my number was given to this company.  Lesson learned--don't have a salesman call you back OR tell them not to share your number.  Yet another reason to hate car salesmen.
