Are you sure you don't mean lawbreaking Portfolio Recovery Associates? The name sans "recovery" appears to be for an innocent looking PR firm in Philly.

They recently started calling me about a debt that was supposed to be charged off over ten years ago.

Just seeing the # today.. they hadn't used it much since 4/23/11 and then today...  oh well, another one to add to the IDK (I Don't Know) list!  Effers don't stop - regardless if valid or not or within SOL or not.
