Who called from 4078529898

This person claims to be calling from General Electric offering some "System."  When you call the caller ID/Star 69 it says the # is out of service.  The woman on the phone is rude and horrible, nasty and demanding.  She even sounds like a fraud.Name on ID says "Dougherty"

She called me on my house phone

No one ever answers when they call. The number is spoofed because when I call back the message states the number is diconnected.

They have been calling my house every day. Day and night. Its ridiculous.
