Are you sure you don't mean lawbreaking Portfolio Recovery Associates? The name sans "recovery" appears to be for an innocent looking PR firm in Philly.
These guys have been harassing me on my landline for years over a debt (which they haven't even proven is mine, despite my repeated requests for documentation) that appears to be 18 years old. I just received my first call on my cellphone from them. Luckily I was in the middle of my commute to work so I didn't answer the call. I am trying to figure out how to block the number now. I have called the state attorney general's office and the Better Business Bureau, but they still won't stop calling.
Wouldn't say who he was with, then mumbles something unintelligible. Got pissed when he found out it was my cell and not the person he was looking for.
