This is not likely a "good cause" calling.  It is most likely a for-profit company.

Calls but does not leave a message.

We are on the state and federal Do Not Call lists.

When answering:  Looks like "The State Troopers Florida Association... is working with telemarketing, to collect money... for whatever reason!"  To me it sounds like an scam!
If you have the answering machine on, they do not leave a message!  So, they are fishing!

Hangs up when answered. Calls late at night.  Can't call back just clicks.  Getting really angry called phoe company they can't do anything about it.
