I get this same robo call over and over and over and over again everyday to lower my interest rate it comes from all area codes. I can't stand it. I researched the company consumer reports out of Chicago. I called the FBI. This has to stop!!!I
I put her name on the caller ID on this report so you can block it..
At 10:55AM 4/21/2015 received another bogus spoofed call from "207 358-0255 OUT OF AREA" Didn't even bother to answer the phone. it only ringed for 3 times then it disconnected! I'm sure there will be 3 or 4 more sorry [***] losers with too much free time & no job calling again before this day is over!!!!! The numbers already been reported. AT&T & someone at the FTC told me that these calls where tracd from outside the U.S. and "407-412-3021 OUT OF AREA or says PATRICI BELCHER" with the recorded message saying-->" Hi this is Carmen, this is your final notice to lower your interest rates" are all originating from the cities in Russia called Krasnoyarsk & Novosibirsk .
Glad I checked - got the same call from Patricia Belcher at 5:20pm. I've stopped answering the phone if someone familiar doesn't show up on caller ID. If it's a legitimate call, they'll leave a message and I'll call back.
Evidently called while I was out. Caller ID said "Patricia Belcher". No message left. Came here to check it out. Thanks, folks, for letting me and others know that it was Bridget the Credit Card Scammer. Someone should tell her we all liked Rachel better.
