I get this same robo call over and over and over and over again everyday to lower my interest rate it comes from all area codes. I can't stand it. I researched the company consumer reports out of Chicago. I called the FBI. This has to stop!!!I
I put her name on the caller ID on this report so you can block it..
I just received a phone call from this # and it says Patricia Belcher on the caller ID 407-412-3021
This name PATRICEA BELCHER with Cardholder Services calling in reference to your current credit card account. There are no problems currently with your account, it is urgent that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rate to as little as 1%. Your eligibility expires shortly so please consider this your final notice. Please press the number 1 on your phone now to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rate. Or press the number 3 to discontinue further notices. Thank you. Have a great day."
I have been receiving phone calls from this number as well as others from different area codes also associated with this scam business for weeks. Last week I stayed on the phone to ask to be removed from their calling list only to be hung up on. Today I waited and spoke to a very rude man who insulted me in many different ways all the time refusing to allow me to speak to anyone who would remove me from their list.
