The majority of these calls are place by a computer which automatically places numbers with no answer back in the queue to be called again. Very few of these systems are programmed to leave a message since it would likely serve no purpose to leave one.
I have been getting a call from a lady named Kelli for the last 2 months. Today, I tried to get through to her, that I wanted her to take my name of the phone list. She would not stop talking but talk right over me. I had no choice but to be rude and hang up. I want to cancel this number off my phone.
