So this is a rip off. Just a scam or what?

I did my own researching and you say its a rip off but i don't know. I did revearse phone look up and the phone is a land line base out of Orlando flordia. His carrier is TGG South Florida and is located at Latitude 28.6192 Longitude -81.3995. Thats all i could find out though so i hope some of you buy a report on this guy because i want to see if he is legit. Hope some one finds out more. if you do please tell us it would really help

if you call the numbers that are posted on the site you can see that its a scam. both numbers go straight too voice mails. i went to my bank and canceled the transaction and the credit card. I advise everyone else to do the same!

I did a little research too after finding my info on IRC!!!!  Yes I fell for it, but in my defense I just received my 8 MP Kodak for a buck so I thought I would try my luck again.  Anyway, the initial bill is from gaming-plugins.com and which when digging I eventually found the name Xavier Lumine, (google that people hate him), but its an assumed name.  I finally found a hostname from a post which I then matched to another post from a Dimitriy M******.  I then located a yahoo username for him and contacted him.  He acknowledged going by the Xavier Lumine them I called him on the xbox deal, he asked if I was Seth then blocked me when I asked if Seth was in on it too.  I won't post his Yahoo id or location because theplanet.com didn't verify ownership for me, stupid privacy [***].  If your privacy was compromised email [email protected] and let them know maybe if enough people email them they will stop facilitating theft, allegedly.  If I actually get a Xbox I will repost and take it back, but as far as I'm concerened the site is copied, the logos are stolen, the numbers are fake, identity are (poorly) hidden through domainsbyproxy.com.... in my opinion A BIG [***] SCAM.
