I am on the Do Not Call list as well. I told them that, and they said the rules don't apply to them. I have filed complaints with the FCC. My suggestion, when they call you, keep them on the phone as long as you can to try to figure out who they are.
I received call from this number while on another call. When I checked caller ID, the initials FEAG showed up and when I called the number back, the message was garbled and I couldn't understand who or what they may be.
