I am on the Do Not Call list as well. I told them that, and they said the rules don't apply to them. I have filed complaints with the FCC. My suggestion, when they call you, keep them on the phone as long as you can to try to figure out who they are.
Please don;t deal with this company, Solar First. They offer Solar water heating system with federal, state and thier own discounts. There is no mony in State govt since 2006 but still they say, the state govt will refund you $500.00 and biggest fraud is THEY SAY that THEY WILL OFFER $3000.00 discount after 1 MONTH. Its been since 3 months and I didn't get a refund from them. Its FRAUD. I am trying to sue this company.
