Hi, There appears nothing has been posted since April 2011, I live on the Gold Coast in Australia.
I went onto the web into a site, that I play games on, and had a message in my inbox, and flashed up I had won $3,000 with Perfferred Guest Resort, towards accommodation for a trip to Florida,
I rang the Sydney phone number and was directed to Orlando Florida, I then spoke to a lovely man called Eddie, As I had problem with the 18mth time limit, he put me through to another lovely man called Ross.
At the end of the conversation I had 3 years to use the accommodation etc....7 day car rental, 2 passes to one of the theme parks, a dinner at sunset, a lunch and a breakfast for 2, a cruise to the Bahamas, all for $3,898, - $3,000 I won, so $898 for this great 15 nights help with cheapest travel, so sounded really good, I spoke to my partner and he looked up this site, as I had Ross holding on the phone, he mentioned it was a Time share, and also not the best service with cockroaches, etc... so we did not go ahead with the deal.
Who has been over there in the last year and got a deal like this ? Feedback would be great is this really a Scam ? Had I not rung my partner I probably would have done the deal !!!!
I've recieved a call from this person too and he was asking me about some resort or something or other and when i told him i was 17 he started asking me if i planned on traveling soon, then asked me about my bra and panty size! he also asked if i had a boyfriend and what school i go to. I said no, or none of your buisness to these questions, and after a while he just hung up. The whole thing was probably a scam or some prank call. D<
These clowns called me and I said " sorry dude I am on the do not call list." He then got rude and said " that's funny becuase you filled out this vacation sweepstakes form and it gives us the right to call you. How else do you think I got your number." He then was clearly being hostle about me trying to be hip and say the word -dude- to a punk that gets $4.00 an hour to harass people. Kept saying about how he was going surfing at 5 AM. He was trying to tick me off but it did not work. BTW I never gove out my home number exept to family so his claim he was legit in calling me just ain't true.
Just received the same call for a so call vacation package I was suppose to have agreed too. Listened to their spill and refused. Kendall Manier was his so call name and the apparent director was extremely rude. He called me twice calling me names and laughing. If there is a way to get these people out of business completely shut them down please let me know
I recvd the same type of phone call from this same phone number. At least he wasn't completely rude to me cuz I told him I cannot answer his 3min survey because I was at my job. I believe this is how he got my personal phone number.
I called BackJoy and ordered this item. The worker/cust srvc guy asked me about my order but then went and asked a bunch of other stuff that doesn't relate to what I am purchasing.
I told him: "No, I'm not interested in any vacation or resort pkg to Vegas for 4." Then he asked me about free trial of 3 month supply of vitamins/spray can for joint pain. And a few others.
I said: "No, I'm not interested." Now I'm really worried because I ordered the item from the original call and gave my cc info!!#$@#@$ Sometimes, you just don't know if these companies are legitimate and how many complaints were reported to the Better Business Bureau. Oh goodness...........
I hope to not receive anymore phone calls from this number because I blocked/locked it.
I got a call from this #: 407-670-0542. He said it's from RCI and gave me a vacation deal for free, I was only required to send about $400 for car rental. I think it's a scam. I called RCI back and they said they didn't know anything about this promotion deal.
