I looked on other sites and all I could find was a listing of numbers that were considered unsafe by ip.
At the end of the call they claimed I've been served and to prepare accordingly.. but in order to serve someone a court order or summons in my state it has to be served in person to the person in question to make it offical and has to be done by a constable or in some cases a P.I.

Calls for my ex-husband's son in Sangamon County, Illinois. I am in Florida. Same thing, fraud, docket number, officially notified, call David Banes (Baines?) at that number. I have received calls like this before and when I try to tell them it is not me they get rude with me! They also change phone numbers often. I suspect it is a debt collector. One time they told me I would be served and I told them to bring it on!
