i don't answer theses call. i Google the number and then "blacklist" the number in my Ooma internet phone service. this number will now receive an automated voice stating my number has been disconnected. no more call to my phone from this number no matter how many times they try!! Ooma rocks!
Here's what you do folks. Answer the call from Jose Rivera, get past the recording and stay on line for the idiot Jose. Listen to what he has to offer, ask as many questions as you can think of to take up as much of his time as you can. Agree to his sales pitch and when it comes time to give out your personal info, tell him you're not interested you only stayed on line to waste as much of his time as possible, similar to what he does to you when he calls. If he wants your name, give him first name "wydoe" middle name "yougo" and last name "F_ _ _yourself", then hang up.
Received a call from Jose Rivera an unknown person. The number was 4079325239. No message. Call is in in violation of no call protection. disconnected number so it is a telemarketer.
What is the point of calling someone hanging up and then magically the number is no longer in service within a minute. I know how to purchase anything I want and fishing losers are not on my list. I would never purchase anything from anyone cold calling me . I think the company that employs these sad people must pay by the called dialed so they are little hamsters just getting another call in even if the conversation is to a voice mail recording. My only bright light in the whole process is that the company owner hopefully pays for the contact and maybe next time just bait & hook them. Give them all the fake info and credit card numbers and dates and they want & give them the biggest sale they ever could want then block the call and or sometimes I just put my phone on speaker and continue cooking dinner. I know it is wrong but my frustration dwindles after I play with them. My favorite calls is my luck in being selected to receive a lower percentage rate on my cc and then I love to ask them who are they referring to and exactly what card they are referring to as I owe no-one and then comes the fluster. Also, mentioning the 10,000 fine for being called after joining the Do Not Call list usually insures they will give you the bums rush. DNC dropped a ball enforcing that law huh ? . What was the point I really haven't noticed a difference , maybe government doesn't need extra money because they could have millions if enforced. Employer is the skank here those people are just trying to feed and clothe their families however they can. Shame, Shame, Shame. on the scum getting ahead and breaking the rules and not being fined. If DNC laws were enforced these companies would be out of business on any given day for $ 10,000 (x) every day all day. One day would do it if the law was enforced. Rules are rules , if you call in the manner they are calling you are violating the law so how is this still happening ?. I think we could pay down the national debt very quickly why is this not an infraction of the law ? Other laws are enforced all day every day so what is up with this one being given a free pass , not to mention allowed to irritate families countrywide. How much money has been collected from violators of this law. What was the point. It is my home and I don't want to be intruded upon but it keeps on happening and I wonder why. Was a disclaimer added to the law when passed that said HAHAHA only kidding. I say pick a DNC report day and fine every violator for every call made in a month period by every employee and pick up your money and all will rejoice and our country will have a surplus and a more peaceful evening. I would be sure to add every CEO of these violators to my call list and call them personally hourly every day. FUN FUN FUN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
