Indian accent says he is from Dell Support. I told him mine was fine and hung up. Found this number on other site also saying from Microsoft. Block this number !!
You'll only hurt your own ears with a whistle. A better investment would be a call blocker. Or, at the very least, just don't answer calls from numbers you don't know. And never call an unknown number back to find out who called. You'll just be confirming you have a working number.
I called the #1-800-456-3355 (customer service) to dell/ told them about this scam to take over my computer & clean out all the trogans/virus/and any infections & then the rep wants to sell you and over price virues package to protect your computer ??? Of course i told him off & told him or her they were scam artistes & hung up. Well the dell co. Says to me: "we never call customers" & said to call the "federal commissioner office at #1-877-382-4357 so i did & he told me they would put a stop to these calls from these numbers that called me" #1-800-423-2067 & 1-813-990-0958 so i believed him & a couple of days later i started getting calls from this # 1-408-256-9856 and they haven't stopped so i'm at a lost to how do i stop these calls from this new number that i get 3 to 4 calls a day?????????? I'm so angry
