A man with an Indian accent and a lot of background noise. The number that been left on my answering saying action was being brought against my husband by the "Department of Legal Affairs." My husband works out of town a lot so I called to try and handle the situation. The man was very rude and I ended up cussing at him. He ended our phone call by saying "I and my husband were going to be picked up in 30 mins." I cussed at him again and hung up. I contacted my local law enforcement and waiting on them to call me back.
I just got a second call from a woman with an Indian accent, asking for my husband. Using his legal name. She told me she was from the Department of Legal Affairs from the US Treasury. She told me that she could not give me any other information unless I gave my name, which I did not do. She left the 408-300-7044 number to call back. She said her name is Jessica Jones.
The first time she called she said she was from the IRS. I reported the call to the IRS fraud alert. The first time she called she was very hurried and seemed nervous, today she was very calm.
As with the previously posts i received a call from "Adam Walker" from Department of Legal Affairs. Indian accent with lots of background noise. He indicated that he needed to talk to me and if I didn't address this call my legal affairs would be a mess. He has called three times. Phone number 408-300-7044

had this call today for my wife from Adam walker, When I started to probe him for info case number and to send the paper work to my house he told me that Landon Carter would be able to handle that, So i called this landon carter and did the same thing he said the cops will be here tomorrow morning to get my wife I said ok will be waiting he hung up, Called my wife then I called him back and merged the calls we had fun with him, But ya same alot of back ground Noise and thick indian accent,
Also told him the cops dont call before they come and get you they just come and get you
I just got the same call from Adam Walker - 408-300-7044 asking for my husband to call him back immediately because he was from the US Treasury Department of Legal Affairs. He tried and tried to convince me that his call was legitimate. Of course, it's not. He called back a 2nd time trying to convince me he is really from the US Treasury. I can't believe how aggressive this idiot was. A heavy Indian accent with lots of call center noise in the back. When you call the number, it even says on the answering machine that you are calling the US Department of the Treasury.
