I haven't talked to the individuals but this number keeps appearing on my phone. They never leave a message.
I tried to call the number to see who's calling but I get music with a message "Your call is very important, please stay on the line and the next available agent will be with you".
the company calls them selfs finicial loan they speak in a foreign accent cant understand a word they are saying all i can get from it is that they say they have a lawsuit and some kind of case number aginst my name and social security number.Wondering if anybody else out there has been bugged by these people.The number on my caller i.d. comes up as 0000,they leave do leave messages with the number 408-317-0812.
Just received a phone at work from 408-317-0812- said his name was Brian Johnson.
Said I had a case against me for some pay day loan that I never took out. Advised him to send me
the legal papers so I can send to my attorney and he hungup. This people are scam artist and they
have nothing better to do with their time but to harrasss innocent people. Please do not give them
any money. These people use American names but have a very heavy acent which you can hardly
understand. They need to get a decent job.
Yeah they use the craziest names...isnt Brian Johnson the lead singer of ACDC?? I doubt he's sitting in a call center in LaHorre or Islamabad, wherever they are calling from. LOL...Ive heard theyve used names like Denzel Washington and even Abraham Lincoln before as well. Its laughable...you know, they probably wouldnt arouse so much suspician in people if they would just use their real names instead...but when Haji is calling me telling me his name is "Ray Stevens" that doesnt set-off warning alarms in my head or anything (sarcasm LOL)
These scammers are gonna get an earfull from me when and if they call back. This is the second time they called me, the first time they called me and i told them to go pee up a rope, and i asked them for the paperwork for this so called lawsuit. He was shocked that I would ask for it. Dumb [***]. This time he said he was Michael Brown, Tired to call back to tell them to stop calling and ask for there address to send them a cease and desist paper, and the cops. I want someone to sue, maybe then these jerks will stop, HaHa
