I haven't talked to the individuals but this number keeps appearing on my phone. They never leave a message.
I tried to call the number to see who's calling but I get music with a message "Your call is very important, please stay on the line and the next available agent will be with you".
Received a call from this phone number today, they ask for your name and business address, then they ask again for your business information, I told them I have never done any business with them, they have a heavy indian or chinese accent, I could not understand what they wanted from me. I decided to hang up!!
Called on 12-13. some Hispanic or SE Asian accent. Couldn't understand anything she said. Informed her I was on the National DO NOT CALL registry and she hung up on me. You can report this number on the registry's web site @http://www.donotcall.gov and also report it.
Person (sounded American with music in the background) called a company line and said he was a local IT start up company and was needing to verify basic company information. First problem, California area code and I'm in Texas. I do not acknowledge his request but he goes on to say he is going to ask me a few questions and for me to say ok. Again I did not respond and then all of a sudden I am transfered to another woman which is much clearer. Already knew something was fishy so I just put the phone on mute to listen to her get angry and finally hang up. I'm sure they will call back so I plan to be better prepared.
