I haven't talked to the individuals but this number keeps appearing on my phone. They never leave a message.
I tried to call the number to see who's calling but I get music with a message "Your call is very important, please stay on the line and the next available agent will be with you".
I got a call from a foreign person, I could not understand him. I asked what company was this and he stated financial law dept in santos california. He told me I took a payday loan out in 2010 and that it was for 300.00, I needed to settle with him today or I will be hit with a lawsuit and taken to court for much more than 300.00. I never took a payday loan out with anybody. I called my wife and asked her to google this phone number because this man kept calling my job. My supervisor was irritated. Thank god for google.

I got a voice mail from a "Officer Sean Marshall" from the Law Enforcement Agency, yeah really? he couldn't spell the name let alone make me believe anything else he was saying. I told him he had to answer 3 simple questions:
1. What Law Enforcement Agency is he an officer with and located where?
a. that is not a simple answer - my reply was an opportunity to provide some agitation to the call - that was fun!
2. What is is rank in this law enforcement agency?
a. tried to dance around this one and when I raised my voice and told him he was a fraud he got upset and started pushing back and trying to get me to answer questions, which i asked if he could count to 3 because I had 1 more question - again just provoking them is fun!
3. What slum in India does he call home?
a. That really pissed him off and all I did was laugh which infuriated him again gave me some great satisfaction in pissing them off!
My suggestion is that we all call at least 3 times a day and get 2 or 3 friends to do so also and blow up their telephone lines.
Block your number by dialing *67 then the 408-317-0812 and call the 7-11 reject on the other side of the line and ask them for directions, movie time and theater information, where the nearest 7-11 is located, ask for "officer" with a phone scam names like:

Let's just get even in a small way, make them understand that they can hide in a hell hole like India in a boilerroom but we Americans will never give up a fight or miss out on the opportunity to piss some crap head off!

On a serious note report to your local law enforcement ageny that you believe you are a victim of Identity Theft and then report that to the 3 Credit Reporting Agencies to protect yourself - this is IMPORTANT, as these jerks do have our SSN's and could do damage to our credit history!
Today at work this guy calls, the same one that has called my home. He has my SS# and address and threatened me with a lawsuit and said a police officer was on the way to arrest me at my place of employment. When I told him (as I have in the past) to mail me something he calls me a MF and hangs up.
I got a call and didn't answer and they left me a message saying they have a case against me and I tried calling them back and to a message saying service is unavailable! Should I take this really serious will they arrest you?
I got the same calls about a lawsuit against me so I claim to be an FBI agent and they havent called since he said his name wa Mark Adams in an foriegn accent
