Caller ID says Campbell CA. Automated voice message saying this was the second reminder from card services about my mortgage and referenced changes under Obama's legislation. I pressed 1 to speak to a representative. After a brief time on hold, I heard a man's voice answer and he asked for my name. Instead of giving him my name, I simply asked that my number be removed from their calling list. He hung up on me. Reported to do-no-call registry.

Automated voice message saying this was the second important message from card services regarding my interest rates. Pressed 1 to speak to a representative and after short dialog they hung up. No indication of company name or who it was. If you try to call it back the voicemail is automated and full.
I thought it was a credit card company that keeps calling and so I pressed "3" to end the call, but then I heard a man's voice. He said something I didn't catch and I told him I did not want to receive these calls anymore. He replied "Tough Sh**"
Caller ID said Campbell CA. When I answered I heard an automated message... something about a reminder from card services regarding my interest rates. When I pressed "1" to speak to a representative, so that I could opt-out of any future calls., a man asked me for my name. I told him I did not want to give my name and then I told him to remove my number from the calling list. He told me to "go to hell" and then he hung up on me. I tried to call back by dialing the number on my caller ID (408-412-4097) but my call went straight to a generic and unidentifiable voicemail account. I looked up the telephone number online to try and identify the caller. The telephone service provider appears to be Bandwidth.com CLEC - one of Bandwidth.com's products is a service called Phonebooth - a cheap, "business phone system". The service appears to cost only $20 per month for unlimited use, per user. Any idiot could set up a Phonebooth account to try and scam people out of their money. Obviously, that's what is happening.
