By the way, this is much more insidious than you think. The call is recorded by the originator of the call. They say they're having trouble with their headset, then they ask "Can you hear me?" If you say "yes", YOUR VOICE is recorded and can be subsequently used to respond to voice prompts that can recognize your voice, and can be used to unlock information related to you. DON'T answer these types of calls, and definitely don't respond "yes" to anything they say.
Called on 2/9/2017 at 12:12 pm. Robocall with female voice selling GE home security systems. Caller ID said "Out of area." The robot asks if you are interested and waits for you to respond. It asks twice. After no response, it says, "Okay, sorry to have bothered you, have a nice day." I blocked the call.
