He said that a wire transfer of $25000, would get me my own suite for a week each quarter on the sunset side of St. Julian Isle. I told him $25K was too steep and he offered $19,999. I said ok, and I told him I needed to get my card and hung up. He then was calling me back every half hour for two days.I finally picked up and he said he wanted to run the card through. I told him I didn't know what he was talking about and told him to shove it on the sunset side.
