Daily receiving call from this number, sometimes it appears to be survey call and other times no one speaks.

I did not answer a call from an unknown number. They did not leave a message. Probably a spam call. Blocked.

Scam for a vacation, hang up when she fumbles and says oh hi!

Came into my cell phone.  Don't mind having a battle of wits with an unarmed person on my landline but my cell is off limits.  I disconnected the call without answering.  No problem as I'm sure they will robo-call my landline at some point.
