Who called from 4084536547

Caller ID indicates City of Santa Clara, rang 2x when answered no one there just dial tone..... this is not a city number some scanner

Called 3 times within the last week. Left no message.

keeps calling and asking for different incorrect name each time.  sounds like a possible scam company from the wording left on voice mails

I have gotten one call every morning at 9 a.m. M-Sat for the past two weeks.   When I answer, the call abruptly hangs up.  I don't even get a chance to find out who's calling.  Thank you all for posting this information.  It is helpful.
