Who called from 4084590631

Received a call from this number on 4/11 at 3:26 PM.  Left no message in the 7 second recording.

Same number called at 822pm 4/16/12.  I answered and it was an automated voice saying "technical difficulties" and "unable to connect".  Got curious and googled it.  Is it the FBI?  CIA? or the garbage collector?

Answered and "Jason" said they were calling from the police athletic league looking for donations.

numerous calls, usually around 8:30-9:00pm.  garbled message about technical difficulties.  caller id is SNJS WEST.

I frequently receive calls from the number (408)459-0631. Caller id decodes it as "SNJS WEST". They usually leave a message which says "Please accept our Sincere apologies". I have never been able to talk to them. Its always a missed call
