Who called from 4084590631

I do not wish to hear from this company, but they call me many times each week.
I am on the Do Not Call list, but that doesn't seem to help. I screen my calls and
choose not to answer, but they are really persistent and it is quite annoying.

yeah i got a call from them at 6 15... picked up and they said some things about police academy and asked me if there was any adults and when i said no they just hung up lol.

This number keeps calling me and when I answer, they state they are unable to talknow. I do not want them calling anymore.

The 1st part of the msg is not recorded because the guy is talking over the greeting.  

The recorded part says:
"Please accept our sincere apology. Goodbye"

I believe that they are making a database of "what # answers" and "what time".

The outfit makes their money selling the list.  That explains why no one is on the line.

THEY DON'T NEED TO BE, TO GET THE DATA THEY WANT.  DON'T ANSWER, PERIOD!!

got a call from this number  408-459-0631  at 6:12PM PDT.
i picked up, and it played 'due to technical difficulty, we
are unable to connect automatic message'.     extremely annoying !!!!!
