This number called my job and told my superior that I 'm in deep problem because I never paid off a loan of 20,0000 dollars and that he's the lawforcement (lol) representing the Federal government and a lawyer buffete, also he got my social security number and will send people to pick me up if I do not comply with his request to pay off the loan and avoid all this mess.
Thank God my supervisor did not believed him because of the way he spoke with an accent and having trouble with pronunciation. My supervisor told me to ignored it but becareful providing info on line.

I received a call he said his name was Kenneth and he was with the Jackson Law Firm and that a Law suit was filed against me and my SSN for Fraud, etc. When I tried to ask him a question he would very rudely say do not interupt me. Asked for written documentation he gave me some bogus address in Texas. How can the law suit be supposedly filed in CA and the Law Firm in Texas. DOesn't make sense. This is the third call this week I have received from what I am assuming is the same guy because they all sound the same. There is probably some SCAM phone center in India where all the MF's work. What a stupid A** this guy is. I work at a law office and know the law. He judt wanted money from me.
After receiving the first call I looked up the number and the info on this and I called that guy back and told him "I know this is a scam and I am providing all the information to the Police you stupid b*****d" and hung up. He called me up and said he is an atty and could use any language he wanted to and start cussing me out. I hung up on him. What a FREAK!
The caller says his name is William Martin from Jackson Law Firm. They are requesting personal information to confirm my identity. There is supposed to be a judgement placed against me. I requested they send me something in the mail, however, without confirming my identity they will not. They wish me good luck. They have been calling for months at my job and on my personal phone.
Got a call today on my cell phone from a guy named Kenneth saying I had been sued in LA county for a loan I applied for online. Problem is, I have never made an online loan app in my life. He gave me a referenence # after I ask for it several times. The loan was supposedly from a company called Cash America. He said I should be expecting a process server at my door within 48 hrs. & that I needed to retain an attorney in LA or show up with docs proving I never recieved a loan. I repeatedly ask for any docs he had & he said he could not fax or email any to me by law.
I called back a few minutes later to ask him for the court case #. He refused & told me I would have to wait until I was served to see them. I told him that this was too bogus to believe & that I would be in contact with the FBI making a complaint for Fraud across state lines. He told me he was an attorney, not afraid & would not connect me to his supervisor. Further, he had no more time to talk with me.
I went online to locate Jackson Law Firm, found this site. Called him back, he said his name was Sam, then I told him I was on to his scam & he sure sounded like Kenneth with his heavy Indian accent. He called me stupid & hung up. There should be a law against this harrassment!!!
