Left message 4 minutes before 9 PM asking for me by first name then quick hang up.

call me every day, I pick up they hang up, call them back just a crazy message. PBIS 408-496-1515

Identified as PBIS.  These people call every night, every afternoon, whenever ... at least once a day.  I don't answer.  The one time I did, they hung up.  How can we shut them down?

Called me tonite, asked for "steve" (a previous owner of this residence from about 15 years ago.)  I said no and they just hung up.  They say their clients are exempt from DNC list because of their non-profit status.  
Sounds like Balogna to me.
I called them back to hear the crazy message, yeah the dude trips over his words, dead giveaway for criminal scammers. Thanks.

I am tired of these calls. call 10+ times a day when you answer nobody there
