I recieve this call tonight; first the guy on the other end asks for someone who doesn't even live here, I tried explaining to him he has the wrong number; so then he asks for the homeowner who owns this number i said that's me. He then asks for my name? So I lost it on him. I asked for his supervisor whic he replies im the supervisor, so I laughed at him and asked for his boss; some other guy gets on the phone and I went up 1 side down the other on this idiot. Told him where to go and how fast to get there; let's see if it works
This guy asked for some name I didn't recognize, so he apologized and we hung up. But definitely some kind of telemarketing operation. Could hear the other callers in the background.
A man barely able to speak English tried to sell me an ADT System claiming he was for Toronto. When I advised him that I have very large animals and a police officer living in my house he informed that neither of that's things could protect my home from fire or thieves. Then he persisted to tell me how stupid I was for not wanting a system and who the hell do I think I am asking him if he was in fact Canadian and he hung up. How else do we report these people and this number so that something can be done about it?
Seemed to be an Oriental fellow who called and wanted to speak to the owner of the number he called. I said he had the wrong number, he informed me that he didn't before finally hanging up on me.
