Who called from 4085243000

Received a call at noon time today and said he was from Bell, then dead time for a few seconds. I said that your not from Bell and he said that he was calling from home and started useing nasty language. I called him and a-hole and hung up.

They add another digit because if you block them the first time, they can still get through by adding that extra number

Claimed to represent ADT.  I immediately said we are not interested, please remove us from your calling list.  

"I'm sorry, I can't do that."  

"I'm sorry, I said please remove me from your calling list."  

"I can't do that sir."  

I asked for a supervisor.  "I can't do that."  I said again that I was asking for his supervisor.  "They're on another call."  

I said, "In Canada, it's a law that, after a caller asks to remove from a calling list, the company is required to comply.  Is that not right?"  "That's right sir."  "So, please remove me from your calling list."  Only then did he realize I wasn't going to listen to him, and that was that.

Got a call from so called ADT. He was East Indian or something along that like and said his name is Ryan.And I hung up

Didn't answer it the area code was a factor have no used for scams left no message
