Who called from 4086080157

Lower Your Interest Rate credit card scam.  Beware!!!  They call several times a day from different numbers.

They called, I didn't answer, they left no voicemail.

Left a "message" of sorts a few minutes ago. There was a few seconds of silence, then a computerized voice said "Goodbyyye." Good riddance, I say.

Called my cell a few minutes ago. Did not leave a message.

They call alllllllllllllllll the time and leave recorded voicemails which I have to go clear out of my voicemail.  I'm on the no-call list!  *(@#*$^&!!'
