This goon keeps calling and for what I don't answer nimbers I don't know

I don't answer calls that I don't know who it is.
I've turned off my answer machine and if they ring it long enough, it goes to my fax machine.
I'm guessing it's the same idiot calling from the 408 area code trying to construction on your house. He calls all the time from different 408 numbers.

Some mental case left a message around 4:30PM.  Hello followed by a long pause followed by a groaning noise and then a hang up.

Called and didn't leave a message.

I'm sure this is the same guy. Calls from different spoofed #'s. Calls and doesn't leave msg, or hangs up after 3 rings, or slams the phone down for a message on machine.
