"Local contractor" home repairs. Male, deep voice "Dave".  Don't call again, you creep.  Who would hire anyone for anything with a cold call from out of area area code?

Caller wanted to raise fund in preparation for a civil war, in collaboration with ISIS elements in the US.  Some white Aryran group!

Nazis and Jihadists working together?  Heil Al-Baghdadi!!!

Maybe he was fundraising to buy a copy of "The Civil War" off Ken Burns. I'd go for a blu-ray copy.

We all know AT&T can stop these robo calls, but they choose not to.  They are just as much scum as the people making the calls.  And we pay for this??
