"Adler" is calling me from this number stating that he is a Senior Judgement Officer and that I owe money to Cash Advance America / Cash Net USA. He has a very heavy accent and is extremely rude. Will not forward me any paperwork to back up his claim. This is a scam. When he gives you information to not confirm or deny any account numbers that he gives to you.
Caller with an accent keeps calling telling me I owe the lawyers money. I don't owe anyone anything and they keep calling. This is a scam so don't give them anything. I know it is upsetting to learn someone has your name, social security number and birthdate but don't fret--you don't owe them a cent. Scammers are out there so use caution and don't be alarmed because someone has your information. Get a credit check and put an alert on your name. Remember, it shouldn't cost anything for a credit report and to flag your name.
I recieved a call from this number saying there was a lawsuit against me and when I asked them for the information that they had to prosecute me they didn't want to give it to me when I told them legally they couldn't withhold the information if I was to make a defense these people said that they would put me in jail for six months so I called an attorney they said it was a scam to not give them any information about me or my bank account.
We received 2 phones calls for my 83 year old mother. I could not understand the individual he had a foreign accent. They have called us 3 times today. I asked him where he was calling from I could not understand. I had another one of these calls the other day, I contacted The Federal Trade Commission and also The Attorney General in my state. They are going to handle it. Please do not give them any information per these two sources. This is a fraud call.
They called once on my home phone and once on my cell phone. I asked the Attorney General and nobody can take you to jail because you owe a debt.

SO NOW IM IN THE PROCESS OF FIGURING OUT HOW MY INFORMATION IS OUT THERE SO SUDDENLY. PLEASE PEOPLE IF YOU USED ANY WEBSITE TO GET LOANS ETC... AND THEY KEEP SENDING YOU TO WEBSITE AFTER WEBSITE....ITS A SCAM. THE SITE IS NOT SECURE. LOOK FOR THE LOCK CODE ON THE SITE WHEN PUTTING IN CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION SUCH AS CHASE AND BANK OF AMERICA. THEY HAVE THE SECURE LOCK SYMBOL ON THEIR SITE. PLEASE BEWARE. PEOPLE ARE OUT HERE TO GET YOU. THE UNITED STATES IS A CRUEL WORLD AS WELL AS THE PEOPLE IN IT. THEY OBVIOUSLY HAVEN'T HANDLED IT YET BECAUSE THEY ARE STILL CALLING PEOPLE USING THE SAME NUMBER. THIS HAS TO STOP THESE FAKE WEBSITES ARE RIDICULOUS. THE NAME HE USED FOR ME IS SMITH THOMAS. SOME MADE UP NAME WITH A FOREIGN ACCENT. STRAIGHT SCAM. I HOPE YOU ALL LEARN FROM MY SITUATION. DONT PUT YOUR INFORMATION OUT THERE ONLINE. REPORT THIS NUMBER IF HE CALLS YOU. HE'S A SCAM DONT BELIEVE IT. ITS A SHAME THE STUFF THAT GOES ON IN OUR WORLD
