"Adler" is calling me from this number stating that he is a Senior Judgement Officer and that I owe money to Cash Advance America / Cash Net USA. He has a very heavy accent and is extremely rude. Will not forward me any paperwork to back up his claim. This is a scam. When he gives you information to not confirm or deny any account numbers that he gives to you.
yes i got a call from them to saying i was being sued for a cash loan that i have recieved he told he could not give me any information unless he sent me papers they haveall my infortmation what do i need to do who do i need to call they need to go arrest this men. they are from sunnyvale calf. they told me that i need to pay them 632.00 to take care of my debit or i would crimal court and i would have to get me a lawyer. he would not tell nothing it is two guys.
Get about 3 calls a day from these people. They leave messages saying its someone from the United Nations and there is a law suit against me and my SSN. I finally called them back and they would not give me any info. I told them I would be forwarding their number to the FBI.
They told me this morning that they were calling from Los Angeles County and they had a complain against me yaddada yaddada yadadda..... same old stuff definately a scam, dont' listen to them, don't let them get any information, this is bull [***].... you apply for a payday loan and they take advantage... watch out for a debit to your bank accounts under the name of Shanghi Collection or something to that affect, these guys continue to bother you, and are ruthless. Put an alert on your credit report with all three agencies which doesn't cost you a cent!

These idiots call my place of business asking for people who have never worked here. They say that they need to speak to them about a legal matter and they could go to jail. Isn't there a law that they can't discuss legal matters with anyone but the person in question? I can't believe anyone would ever fall for their scam. They harrass people day in and day out. Why are they allowed to do this?
