I got the same kind of call. When I answered he said hello and used my first name. I responded back in a snotty "Yes" and he hung up. I heard my voice repeat over the line too, VoIP technology probably.
This moron uses every phone number available to him to hide his identity. Sick of his calls. I just let it ring to my fax machine. Who knows, maybe someday he will fax me with his stupid moronic speech.
