SCAM. Robot asked me if I wanted to lower my interest rate on my credit card, today is the last day, press one... A guy answered, did not mention what company he was with, asked to confirm if I had agreed to check into lowering my rate. I asked what card this pertained to, he said "your current visa and mastercard". SCAM
