I've received several calls from this number. I am not sure who is it. the caller id said "NO ML PBIS". I called back and got a full voice message box.
We keep getting calls from that number too and the recording says it's a Marketing company that does research for news papers. We're supposed to leave our number to be removed from their list, but like you, the box is full.
Now I'm getting calls from this number rather than the 6046870142 but they are also calling for the SAN JOSE MERCURY NEWS, so I stupidly answered thinking it was a place where I'd applied for a job, and she said it was the SAN JOSE MERCURY NEWS. I hung up on her. Then this evening when I got home there was another hang up and this number again on my Caller ID. This is blatant harassment.
