We keep getting calls from that number too and the recording says it's a Marketing company that does research for news papers. We're supposed to leave our number to be removed from their list, but like you, the box is full.
It's maddening! I just answered and told the caller to Google his phone number and see how much trouble they're in. He didn't know the phone number. Says everything works by computer, and they have no control.
I sent a formal complaint to the Merc, but who knows. I have little hope.
