This number is back in circulation as a spam call again. I thought I would put this in on 800notes as it went dormant up until the first time I had a comment about this number to now. I got a peripheral call blocker that allows me to block 1408811 and all prefixes with the 11 after the initial prefix digit as in 211, 311, 411, etc. While my call blocker blocks the number, my phone handset still records the number even though my phone doesn't ring and hasn't rung for any of the above name numbers for almost a year (thanks to my call blocker).
