These are scam callers posing as the National Crime Enforsement Agency. They have East Indian or Pakistani accents and verbally threaten with criminal proceedings. The calls are juvenille at best. When I have returned the calls and confronted the so-called "National Crime Enforsement Officer," I have had responses of yelling threats and lewd sexual remarks. These scammers have called me from several different numbers. As soon as I think they are gone for good, they start calling fagain from a different area code. I am getting these calls because my information was hacked when I filled out a form on-line containing confidential information. I have reported the calls to the FBI and Secret Service. But I am told there is nothing they can do. However, I was advised to file an identity fraud report with the local police department. At this point, I'm going to change my phone number. These scammers also leave messages on my phone extension at work. My opinion: if they have not been able to rip off your checking account, etc., with the informtion they have (e.g., the last 4 digets of your social security numberand/or the name of some company you've done business with) they are calling to scare you into giving them money. A man calling himself Marshall White called from the National Crime Service saying I co-signed a note for $1600.00 and demanded that I send them this sum or they would have the police arrest me. Ihave never I am 73 yrs, old, cosigned a note in my life. Any bad language was on my part and the man had no accent he was definitly American (they are learning).
they tried to say the same thing that everyone else is hearing, about trying to drag me out of work when im military lmfao, and when you ask them for there name,rank,county, or badge number they change subject real quick, but this case they wanted 10k for a loan which i have never cosigned for, an cash advance usa does not do loans at that amount. but the people who called all had middle eastern accents that you cant understand oe bit.
OK so I don';t feel so bad and scared now, theses idiots called me today 3 times MARK WILLIAMS AKA FROM THE SAME SCAM SONIC CASH! i called him back and i ask why he was calling he said what is your name and i said i need to talk to MARK WILLIAMS so i asked him why the hell he keeps calling my phone and he said i am fro the NATIONAL CRIME SERVICE and basically the sameas all the other post on here. he hung up after i told him i had reported his dumbass to US SECRET SERVICE and if anyone needs number it is989-497-0580.ask for Doug Diloto. i called back a few minutes later and he put me on hold and music statred playing..lol i kept calling back and finally he answered and i said is this MARK WILLIAMS? he is like do not call me again you will be talking to my investigative officer and i said and you will be hearing from mine DO NOT CALL ME BACK! So he hasn't yet i am sure he will or some other people with a thick indian accent.
