Got a call from this # and didn't answer.

Same guy called me said he was from GE insurance , he is calling on a magic jack phone . My caller said Galveston TX and he had an accent

Keeps calling leaves no message. Blocked

I just got off the phone with this number,.....caller ID says Harry Grant......I asked him who he was when he called and he said he was from "Go Installment Loan"  I told him I do not have an acct with you;please do not call this number.  He said I am calling about an application you made to us..  I said  I made no such application and he said OhMYGod and asked if I knew who would fill out this app.  I said all I know is it definitely was not me and hung up

Harry Grant on the caller ID.  Has called twice in the last 24 hours--once at night, then this morning.  Does not leave a message.  Annoying to say the least.
