My voice mail specifically states, "IF this is a solicitation of ANY kind, your number will be reported to the FTC..."

Thanks to those who posted.  Of course I didn't answer so I came here to be sure it's a scam.  My only difference from earlier posters is that the caller ID said "QVD".  What the heck is that supposed to be?

What a dimwitted comment. I was inundated with these calls when Bush was in office. Should I have blamed him?
