They should fine those constant nuisance calls that prey on the innocents.
Be fined $10K for each call they bother the many descent.

410-202-0108 called last night and another ADA number from Haymarket VA called tonight. Let it ring 3 times and hang up, so nothing but a dial tone when I get to the phone. JERKS - I already donated to an ADA bike "Race for the Cure" for past 3 years for a friend from Atlanta and I told them never to call me or share my number.
These turkeys called before 9 a.m. est. I thought it was against the 'rules' for these people to call before 9 a.m. and after 9 p.m. I don't answer any 800 numbers or outside area codes. If I get to the phone, I hit the stop button on the answering machine so they get hung up on.
Got the call 8:16 in the morning...........didnt even get up to answer the phone i was fast asleep! what the heck is with a call that early...............
