This number called my landline at 2:45 this afternoon. I live in the 410 area code, but I never answer calls from unfamiliar numbers. CID just says MARYLAND. I have 2 other numbers from the 246 exchange, both of which are scams...one is an extended car warranty scam and the other is the old FOP Charity scam (which by the way, has used 33 different numbers to try and scam me). Another website identified this number as belonging to a Phai Yang. Don't know anyone by that name. Number is now blocked forever.
