It is a bill collector, they have been blowing my phone up. Sad part is they are looking for someone els and I keep telling them I do not know who it is. They say they are going to take me off the call list and it take 24 hours to do so but then they call again. Its quite annoying!
This is a spoof number that a collection agency is using. If you call it back it's out of service. They are trying to use a number local to your area to make you answer.
I've been barraged by calls from area code 412 including this one. The first one I picked up, but no one answered and all I heard was background noises. Since then I've gotten 3-4 calls/day from this number, sometimes one right after the other, and other 412 numbers: 412-802-9903, 412-567-4536, 412- 802-9115, and 412-802-9113. Blocked all 412 calls with Mr. Number.... Don't owe anyone, so no idea, but whoever it is will not give up and keeps trying to call from different 412 numbers constantly..
