Received a call from a number that was identified as being from Algona, IA (515-200-7237)in the message, she identified herself as Ashley MacPherson of Barron and Stone Mediation. The message states there is a pending case against me and that I or my attorney need to return the call and gave me this Pittsburgh, PA number as the number to call them back on. Total scam!
I also have received calls from this number. They call from 1-515-200-7237. But want you or your attorney to call them at 412-213-5213. I am not calling. I have blocked the two numbers
Thanks I just received a call threatening me with legal action if I don't respond . I have never heard of these folks and I must have blocked the number previous through Mr number I will send to scam reject list
Same thing happease. What you wrote is pretty much the same thing I told them. Send me proof and I will believe you. I was told if I pay 500.00 today I would not have to go to court. Towards the end of the call he said if I payed 900.00 it would all be cleared up.again I said send me paper work. He hung up. What bothers me is he has the last 4 digest of my ssi. I will be looking into this more.
i have had 3 calls....i blocked them on my phone & finally decided to leave them a bitchy message. told them i had no pending legal matters & unless they could prove otherwise to stop calling as i will continue to ignore them. i did not leave any info but my name.....
