Received a call from this number. Don't answer and they hang up. Says John Inform Elementary. Annoying

The election is over!  Looks like 412 is going on my block machine or maybe I will mess with them. Nay - Will just block the number. Plus glad I read the comments concerning this pest.

Called at 8:49 PM - cutting it close!  Went to answering machine but of course they didn't leave a message - sure sign of scammer/spammer.  I never answer calls I don't know and it's now blocked.  Same as others "John Inform Ele".
