I really did not like it when they asked me to make a monetary contribution. Technically WE should be requesting a consulting fee from THEM. Whoever runs this group is making some sort of profit by taking up our time and then reporting our views and opinions.
I got a call yesterday as I was leaving. I thought it was a pollster. He asked if the lady of the house was there. Since I was leaving and didn't have time to answer a poll (and the election is over) I thought a few seconds before answering and then said, No. Before I could say 'no' he was already answering me saying... oh. that's fine. I will call back another time. I knew it was a pre-recorded call then. I got another call from the same number today and saw it on my caller ID and did not answer.
